Future of Web Apps: My first video blog
Johan and I are now in London for the Carson Workshops Summit 2006, where web developers from all over Europe are gathering to hear guys like David Heinemeier Hansson and Shaun Inman talk about the future of web apps.
Since the conference (which is tomorrow) will be loaded with buzzwords like “web 2.0”, “the long tail” and “AJAX”, I thought I should try a buzzword that’s new to me: “Vlogging”. Or “vodcasting”. Or “record a movie and put it on the web”. So I loaded up my iSight (this is the first time I use that camera for something remotely useful), and here it is.
You can either download it here: Episode 1: In-bed blogging or you can subscribe to my RSS feed in iTunes. The format is optimized for iPod video: 1:50 long 320×240 large, H.246 encoded, 10.3 MB heavy. Cool?
